MORGANTOWN — West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities Positive Behavior Support Program will be offering online training for anger management for youth. During this free, interactive training, participants will learn strategies to identify and cope with anger in healthier ways and be the bigger person. No CEUs are available for this training as it is geared toward youth. A certificate of completion will be available.
Anger Management for Youth will be offered on the following dates and times:
June 14 from 3 to 4 p.m.
July 12 from 10 to 11 a.m.
August 16 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
September 27 from noon to 1 p.m.
October 17 from 3 to 4 p.m.
November 10 from 10 to 11 a.m.
December 12 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The training objectives will be to identify what it feels like to be angry, discuss stress reduction tactics and practice relaxation strategies such as progressive muscle relaxation.
