UCYLA announces a Photo Contest

BUCKHANNON — The Upshur County Youth Livestock Association has decided to start a Photo Contest during the annual UCYLA Show and Sale. This contest is open to everybody in Upshur County!

The purpose of this Photo Contest is to offer Upshur County youth and adults the opportunity to communicate through creative display a message in photography. The age divisions are as follows: Youth (ages 9-18) and Adult (ages 18 and over).
