State plan for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families available for public comment 

CHARLESTON — The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), Division of Family Assistance will accept comments on the design of the state’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program and services provided from October 26 through December 10, 2020. 

The State Plan will be available to view at local DHHR offices, the West Virginia Secretary of State’s office and online at
