St. Joseph’s Hospital revises COVID-19 testing procedures

BUCKHANNON — St. Joseph’s Hospital is revising its drive-through COVID-19 testing procedures. Testing is now available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Due to new state guidelines, free state testing will no longer be available. For those needing a COVID test, a physician’s order will be required. Testing is done at the drive-thru trailer in front of the hospital. Patients with a physician’s order needing testing are asked to go directly to the trailer and not enter the hospital. In addition, St. Joseph’s Hospital Nurse Triage Line is now closed.
