KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Soccer Coaches poll acknowledged the West Virginia Wesleyan men's soccer program (2-0-0) in their first poll of the spring campaign. WVWC was chosen as the No. 22 team in the country with fellow Mountain East Conference opponents the University of Charleston (No. 1) and Davis & Elkins (No. 17).
This is the first time that the Bobcats have been recognized since 2017, when WVWC was ranked No. 22 in the poll conducted on Sept. 26 of that year.
Wesleyan defeated its first two opponents by an identical score line of 2-1 (Wheeling and Concord).
