He said the Greek dishes will be something different each day like dinner specials, gyros and they would also have classic deserts like spanakopita and baklava.
Alfredo’s has four other locations across West Virginia including, Summersville, Lewisburg, White Sulphur Springs
“We have been in the restaurant business for 30 years,”
He said some of his most popular dishes at his other locations include the chicken alfredo, the spicy chicken and his steak sandwiches.
“Let me tell you, I guarantee we have the best steak sandwich in West Virginia; you really have to try it,”
He said the building has been undergoing renovations in preparation for its opening.
“We’ve been working for months to get ready in this building and we can’t wait to open the doors,”
He said the new restaurant will be looking to hire wait staff, but no one in the kitchen.
“We’re going to need some servers, but no one for the kitchen,”
