BUCKHANNON — An area man has been arrested for violation of protective order, three counts, in Marion County.
Jamain Lee Webb, 39, whose address was listed as Clarksburg and Fairmont, allegedly made contact with the mother and grandmother of persons protected in a domestic violence protective order that had been granted in Marion County on three different occasions, according to the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
Deputy Tyler Gordon with the Upshur County Sheriff’s Department is the investigating officer.
Webb was arraigned in Marion County where bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
If convicted, Webb faces one day up to one year with actual confinement of 24 hours and $250 to $2,000 fine for each count.
