BUCKHANNON — A Buckhannon man was arrested for allegedly selling meth back in August 2017.
Robert Allen Gibson, 19, was arrested Thursday for delivery/possessing a controlled substance, a felony, according to Buckhannon Police Department Lt. Doug Loudin in the criminal complaint in the Upshur County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
On Aug. 2, 2017, Gibson allegedly sold half a gram of methamphetamine to a confidential informant of the Buckhannon Police Department for $50.
Magistrate Mike Coffman set bond at $40,000.
If convicted, Gibson faces imprisonment for one to five years and/or a fine of not more than $15,000.
