Local residents indicted in Lewis County

WESTON — Several Upshur County individuals were indicted by the Lewis County Grand Jury.
Jesse Lee Barnett, 74, of Buckhannon, was indicted for obtaining money by false pretenses, a felony.
Tristan L. Runner, 21, of French Creek, was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, and conspiracy to commit grand larceny, a felony.
Jeremy Denver Wagoner, 23, of Buckhannon, was indicted for grand larceny, a felony, and conspiracy to commit grand larceny, a felony.
Bobby Ray Johnson, 27, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.
David Eugene Bishop, 34, of Buckhannon, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.
Ronald Lee Winneberger, 47, of Buckhannon, was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.
Christopher Mark Moriarty, 24, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, oxycodone, a felony.
In total, 47 individuals were indicted by the grand jury, which convened Monday and Tuesday. Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty, according to the press release.
