TENNERTON — Linda Lue McIe, 68, of Selbyville, went home to be with the Lord and be reunited with her husband on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at the Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston. She was born Feb. 15, 1949, in Selbyville, a daughter of the late Allen Ralph and Oleta Emma Zickefoose Collins. On April 23, 1965, she was united in marriage to Charles William McIe, who preceded her in death on Dec. 18, 2016. In addition to her parents and her husband she was also preceded by one brother Larry Collins, one sister Mary Ann McIe and two grandchildren: Melvin McIe and Maranda Bosley.
She is survived by three sons: Charles McIe and wife Vicki, of Charleston, Melvin McIe and wife Sherry, of Selbyville, and Danny McIe and fiancée Betty Jo Bender, of Gassaway; one stepson Harold Cogar, of Charleston; two granddaughters: Ashley and husband Raymond Pennington and Amanda and husband Anthony Holley; four great-grandchildren: Chase, Alayna, Alaura and Carter; four brothers: Ralph Collins, of Selbyville, Orville and wife Karen Collins, of Selbyville, James and wife Melanie Collins, of Buckhannon, and Michael Collins, of Alexander; three sisters: Betty Collins, of Selbyville, Barbara McIe, of Buckhannon and Sue Cobb, of Fairmont.
