Lester is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a lifelong evangelist and pastor for over 60 years. He was the retired pastor of the Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God in Buckhannon. Over the years, he built two churches for his congregation, so they would always have a place to go to worship. Lester was respected and truly cared about people and mentored people in the ministry. There was no end to his love for God, his family and his congregation. He was a man of honor and the best husband, father and grandfather. Lester will be missed by all who knew him.
