TENNERTON — Joseph Zachary Nottingham, 30, of Wimauma, Fla. and formerly of Buckhannon, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at his home in Florida. He was born March 3, 1986, in Buckhannon.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Rockie L. Nottingham Sr. and Angie, of Buckhannon; mother, Reni Morgan Durant, of Florida; two daughters: Kali and Kaitlyn; two brothers: Rockie Nottingham Jr. and Jacob Allen Nottingham, both of Buckhannon; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother Kenneth J. Nottingham; one sister Christina D. Hudson; maternal grandparents: John L. Morgan and Betty Anglin; paternal grandmother Louise Nottingham; and paternal grandfather James Brackie Nottingham.
Joseph was a former member of the Ellamore VFD and the Ellamore VFD will perform a full fireman’s funeral in memory of Joseph.
Friends will be received at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel today, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, from 4-6 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017, at 11 a.m., at the funeral chapel with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Kesling Mill Cemetery.
