Grand jury indicts 36


BUCKHANNON — Many of those arrested last week following a months long investigation by the Mountain Lakes Drug and Violent Crime Unit are named in indictments handed up by an Upshur County Grand Jury Tuesday.

In all, the grand jury returned 41 indictments, with several people being indicted in multiple cases.

Camron Ray Silman, 25, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, third or subsequent offense, a felony.

Steven Graham Milligan, 25, of Gassaway, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony.

Robert Allen Gibson, 29, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, methamphetamine, a felony.

James D. Jackson, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, a felony.

Randi D. Jackson, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, a felony.

Joseph A. Haislip, 26, of Buckhannon, was indicted for nine counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

Leslie Ann Ramsey, 34, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of shoplifting third offense, a felony.

Brooke Victoria McCutchan, 20, of Buckhannon, was indicted for three counts delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

Christopher Michael Confere, 22, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana, a felony, and two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

Confere was also indicted for one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance for remuneration, marijuana, a felony.

Daisy Mae Bleigh, also known as Anderson, also known as Hall, 38, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony; one count driving while license revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a felony; and one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony.

Ian Vee Wooden, 31, of Buckhannon, was indicted for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school, marijuana, a felony; three counts of conspiracy, a felony; and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, marijuana, a felony.

Taryn Ann Wooden, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance for remuneration within 1,000 feet of a school marijuana, a felony; three counts of conspiracy, a felony; and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for remuneration, marijuana, a felony.

James E. Bailey, 56, of Rock Cave, was indicted for one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver marijuana, a felony.

Devan Terry Hinchman, 23, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

In a separate case, Hinchman was also indicted for one count of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Brett Steven Hoover, 19, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of conspiracy, a felony; one of count petit larceny, a misdemeanor; and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.

In a separate case, Hoover was also indicted for one count of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

George Michael Simmons, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, buprenorphine, a felony, and two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

Tiffany Brook Day, 30, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of delivery of a controlled substance, buprenorphine, a felony, and two counts of conspiracy, a felony.

Connor Bryan McCauley, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.

Henry Henline, 60, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance for remuneration, marijuana, a felony.

Joseph Wagner, 36, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for remuneration, marijuana, a felony.

Rebecca Glover, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for remuneration, marijuana, a felony.

Bobby Lee Wolford, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony.

Wolford was also indicted for one count of grand larceny.

Teresa Diane Khan, 55, of Buckhannon, was indicted for 12 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by means of fraud, forgery or deception, a felony.

Brianna Grace Moreland, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of fraudulent scheme, a felony; four counts of forgery, a felony; and three counts of uttering, a felony.

Cody Evan Hosaflook, 27, of French Creek, was indicted for  one count of fraudulent scheme, a felony; two counts of forgery, a felony; and three counts of uttering, a felony.

Samantha Lynn Wilmoth, 32, of Buckhannon, was indicted for 13 counts of fraudulent use of an access device, a felony.

Edward Tussey, 34, of Rock Cave, was indicted for one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a felony; one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for remuneration, marijuana, a felony; and two counts of possessing a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

James Robert Fisher, 35, of French Creek, was indicted for one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony.

In a separate case, Fisher was also indicted for one count of grand larceny, a felony; one count of conspiracy, a felony; and one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony.

Patrick Slade Chapman, 29, of French Creek, was indicted for one count of grand larceny, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.

Mario J. Green, 28, of Columbus, Ohio, was indicted for four counts of child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, a felony.

Joel Grayson Haymond, 31, of Buckhannon, was indicted for one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others, a felony.

Robert James Taylor, 31, of Weston, was indicted for one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a felony, and one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm, a felony.

Samuel Edward Tenney, 39, of Tallmansville, was indicted for two counts of wanton endangerment, a felony, and one count of brandishing a deadly weapon, a misdemeanor.

McKenley R. Lindsay, 24, of Weston, was indicted for two counts of fraudulent use of an access device, a felony.

Larry Wayne Gregory, 52, of Adrian, was indicted for one count of failure to update sex offender registry, life registrant, second or subsequent offense, a felony.

Joshua Brown, 35, of Buckhannon, was indicted for six counts of sexual assault in the first degree; a felony, 10 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, a felony; two counts of distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
