BRIDGEPORT — The University of Charleston has been picked by a vote of the league's coaches to win the 2019 Mountain East Conference men's soccer title.
Charleston finished atop the poll with 63 points, including seven first-place selections.
The Golden Eagles have finished atop the MEC regular season table in five of the first six years of the league and has won five MEC Tournament titles as well.

Notre Dame was second in the poll with 57 points and had two first-place votes.
The Falcons are led up top by the MEC Offensive Player of the Year Arthur Favero (11g, 8a) and Nicholas Felician (7g, 5a), and first team All-MEC goalkeeper Daniele DeAngelis (0.67 GAA) leads the defensive unit.
Urbana was slotted third in the poll with 49 points, followed by West Virginia Wesleyan (40), Davis & Elkins (35) and Wheeling (31). West Liberty (21) is seventh, with Concord (19) and Frostburg State (9) rounding out the poll.
