B-UHS eSports team inspires other counties to compete with successful first season

BUCKHANNON — Congratulations to all Buckhannon-Upshur High School students who competed in their first ever season of eSports. Every student who participated at some point or another was vital to making sure the program continues to expand and inspire other counties to compete as well.

A huge congratulations to Kaiden McDaniels, Joshua Gregory, Dylan Rowan, Eddie Burnside and Cameron Ervin for a fantastic first season of High School eSports. These students competed against all of America in the High School eSports League and ended up with a record of 7-1. These students will now move on into the Championship rounds where they are hopeful to make it to the national level.

Watch for future updates highlighting these students and others who are participating in the Buckhannon-Upshur High School eSports Team.
