Joseph E. Butcher

TENNERTON -- Joseph E. Butcher, 89, of Buckhannon, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, at Holbrook Nursing Home. He was born on Nov. 13, 1926, in Lewis County, a son of the late William and Georgia Garrett Butcher.
